Questions about paying
What counts as a row?
Every new or changed row the importer hands to onComplete. Sending the same rows twice counts them twice. Deleted rows never count, and nothing on localhost and preview domains does.
What happens when the free limit runs out?
The importer stops on production domains until the 1st of the next month, UTC, or until you move to Team. We email you at 80% and 100%.
Can one account cover several products?
Yes. On Free, all domains share 100,000 rows a month. Team covers every domain and subdomain for $100 a month.
What happens when I cancel?
Cancel in the console at any time. Team runs until the paid period ends, then the account moves to Free. We do not refund.
What happens when my card is declined?
Stripe retries the card, and Team keeps working until the paid period ends. If every retry fails, the account moves to Free.
What happens if the licence server is down, or Updog shuts down?
The importer keeps working for seven days, then shows a licence error. The package is in your bundle, and we hold none of your data. Localhost and preview domains never contact the licence server.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Monthly or yearly, paid up front. Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout if your billing address requires it. Promo codes work at checkout and on a running subscription.
Can I get an invoice with my company name and VAT ID?
Yes. Add the company name, address and tax ID in the console. Every invoice is there. A receipt arrives by email after each payment.
