Questions about paying
What works during the trial?
Everything. For 14 days every production domain on your API key works with every feature. We send an email the day before the trial ends. If you pick a plan, billing starts on day 15. If you do not, production domains stop. Localhost and preview domains keep working.
Can one account cover several products?
Yes. Add domains from any product to one account. Two domains cost $19 a month. Each extra domain adds $19.
What happens when I add or remove a domain?
An added domain works right away, and you pay for the rest of the current period. A removed domain keeps working until the paid period ends. We do not refund the unused part.
What happens when I cancel?
You can cancel in the console at any time. Production domains work until the paid period ends. Localhost and preview domains keep working. You can subscribe again later. We do not refund.
What happens when my card is declined?
Stripe retries the card, and the importer keeps working until the paid period ends. If every retry fails, the subscription is cancelled and production domains stop. Update the card in the console to keep going.
What happens if the licence server is down, or Updog shuts down?
The importer keeps working for seven days, then shows a licence error. The package is in your bundle, and we hold none of your data. Localhost and preview domains never contact the licence server.
How do I pay?
By card, through Stripe. Monthly or yearly, paid up front. Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout if your billing address requires it. Promo codes work at checkout and on a running subscription.
Can I get an invoice with my company name and VAT ID?
Yes. Add the company name, address and tax ID in the console. Every invoice is there. A receipt arrives by email after each payment.
